Risk Assessment:
•Assess the suitability of the site for storing of the intended cargo.

Inspections: Before Loading & Discharging
•Physical inspections of Terminals, Tank farms, Vessels and Refineries – Verification and Review of Licence, Insurance, Schematic drawings, SOPs, HSE, licences and calibrations.
•Meeting with Terminal Management.
Reports:
•Issuance of detailed report as per ISO standard in Lloyds of London format is issued to all concerned parties.
•Provide dedicated cloud access to client to view the progress of assessment and inspection of the storage facility.
Verification & Audit
Kaliber, provides independent and impartial inspection, verification and audits of Client’s cargo.
Quantification/ Measurement Survey:
•Gauging of cargo and sampling of cargo for actual density and temperature to quantify stock holdings in 3rd party shore tanks or onboard vessels.
Verification:
•Testing of sample taken from storage facility and custody sample to verify the cargo meets the clients documents.
Audit:
•Detailed audit of documentation and records to ascertain the movement of the cargo until time of our inspection.
Report:
•Detailed report of the inspection, verification and audit findings as per the agreed scope in the standard industry format.
•Provide dedicated cloud access to client to view the progress of inspection.
•Preliminary report within 24 hrs of the attendance and regular brief updates through out the process with photos where possible.
Stock Management
Kaliber provides 24x7 service for care, custody and control of financed and self-financed cargos held in 3rd party tanks.
On Site
•Inspection & verification of Storage facility.
•Initial quantification of stock.
•Sealing of all access points like to stock/inventory to ensure intactness of the custody control.
•Daily or regular verification of the stock as per client agreement.
•Monitoring of stock movements and updating of the inventory on real time.
Reporting
